This website is intended to provide information about our photography services, display our portfolio, and allow users to inquire or book sessions. You may not use this site for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.

All content on this site, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the intellectual property of White Lilly Photography and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
3. Client Galleries
Client galleries are provided for viewing and downloading images. These galleries are private and password-protected. Sharing login information with others is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by us.
4. Image Usage
Images from client galleries are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. Commercial use of images requires additional licensing and explicit permission from White Lilly Photography. We reserve the right to use any images from client sessions for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in the contract.
5. Booking and Payment
Booking a photography session requires a deposit, which is non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by White Lilly Photography. Final payment must be made before the delivery of any images. Failure to make payments on time may result in the withholding of images or cancellation of the session.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session to receive a partial refund. Rescheduling is allowed with 3 days' notice, subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our services, we are not liable for any damages, including lost data, missed opportunities, or accidents that occur during photography sessions or through the use of this website.

9. Modifications to Terms of Service
